Neighbors on Seymour say a man was arrested and three women came out of the home.
Activist Khalid Samad said police did say the they believe the two women taken to the hospital were Amanda and Gina.

Neighbor Charles Ramsey said he called 9-1-1 after discovering Amanda Berry was in a nearby home. Said dispatcher didn't take him seriously.
Ramsey said he heard a girl screaming "help, help me out" and he said the girl looked familiar.
Ramsey said the neighbor from the house was running from the house. He said he kicked the bottom of the door open and Amanda crawled out.
Ramsey said Berry has a young child with her, many 9 or 10 that she brought through the door.
He said he believed the child was hers.
He said the woman said, "call 911, my name is Amanda Berry. He said a Cleveland detective and FBI told him it was Berry.
Ramsey said he news the neighbor, he had eaten ribs with him and he had no idea the woman was in the house or the child
"I know something was up when a little tiny white girl just ran into a black man's arms."
